Was opened in 1977. Now more than 500 children take lessons at the faculties of music, art and choreography. The school is rich in talented pupils; many times they won prizes at the international festivals in Italy, France, Japan. The school is proud of the "Granny's Songs" folklore group directed by Maria S. Golovchenko. The group, well known not only in the town, has become a laureat of the international competition of children's folklore groups.

     The school of arts teachs young inhabitants of Korsakov to see, understand and love the beautiful.
